You’re traveling through another dimension — a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. A journey into a land whose boundaries are that of imagination. You’ve just crossed over into… the Twilight Zone.
In order to get the reference, you have to be old enough both to have seen the 60s TV show and can remember when presidents of the U.S. spoke and acted like presidents. If you haven’t already, read “President” Trump’s threat on Easter day to wipe Iran and its citizens off the face of the earth and send them all to hell if they don’t open up the f***ing Strait.
Believe it or not, that’s not my only case for having entered Twilight Zone lunacy. The next morning, I actually found myself agreeing with the likes of Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, and Alex Jones! I know, crazy, right? I assure you, it’s never before happened and I don’t expect, even if I live to be 100, it to be repeated. But as much as I am loath to admit it, for that one brief and fleeting moment we were on the same page.
- Carlson called Trump’s genocidal threat, “Vile on every level!”
- Kelly asked rhetorically, “Can’t he just behave like a normal human?”
- Jones claims, “The President is exhibiting all the signs of dementia.”
All that said, we still haven’t wandered into the weirdest into region of the T. Zone. It’s Trump’s 482-word Truth Social (gotta love that moniker) rant against his former allies that completes the maze called crazy. Here are some excerpts of it:
- Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, and Alex Jones… have one thing in common, Low IQs…
- They’re stupid people, they know it, their families know it, and everyone else knows it, too!…

- These so-called “pundits” are LOSERS, and they always will be!…
- As President, I could get them on my side anytime I want to, but when they call, I don’t return their calls because I’m too busy on World and Country Affairs…
- MAGA is about MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and these people have no idea how to do that, BUT I DO, because THE UNITED STATES IS NOW THE “HOTTEST” COUNTRY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!
