“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard. Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.” — PSALM 19:1-4
The stars speak every language, even “Jerichoan.” The Spirit places tiny public address systems at sunrises, waterfalls, and baby smiles. These whispered God’s friendship invitation in Rahab’s native tongue. Something inside her said, “Yes, I’m here…”
Sunflowers, the human brain, humming birds, and just enough gravity to keep us from floating away yet not so much as to flatten us like crêpes! When she observed the night sky she would be hard pressed to muster the faith to conclude that we just evolved this way without the supervision of a superior intelligence.
